Free Maintenance



WHAT THIS PLAN COVERS
This Maintenance Plan ("Plan") is a service contract between you and Singh Subaru.  It is not an insurance policy or a warranty or guaranty.  In return for payment by you of the total charges and subject to all the terms contained in this Plan, we agree to provide you with the coverage described in this contract.

Scheduled Maintenance
During the term of the Plan, we will pay the cost of the maintenance services provided according to the Agreement issued to you by us.

WHAT THIS PLAN DOES NOT COVER
All parts or services not listed on your Plan Agreement are not covered under this Plan.  Examples of those items that are not covered include but are not limited to: mechanical breakdown repairs, hoses, brake pads and linings, wheel alignment and balancing.  In addition, we will not pay for Plan maintenance services that are performed by other than Singh Subaru, loss of time, inconvenience or other incidental or consequential loss.
